To request assistance or report an issue, please access our user-friendly ticket support system at:

www.bitfocus.com/ticket

Simply open a new ticket, and Bitfocus staff will be alerted to your request.

You may also create an automatic support ticket by emailing:

Notice: In order to use remote support, you must have a technician online and expecting your support request. If you have not yet spoken with support, please fill out the above support request form, or call support at 1-800-783-0210, Ext 2.
